Terms and refunds

These terms apply when you subscribe to ivannedkovmaths, a service run by Ivan Nedkov, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. By subscribing, you agree to them.

The service

A subscription gives one student access to the AI tutor and the practice paper generator for A Level Maths, Further Maths and Economics, plus links to official past papers. Your access code is personal: please don't share it. We may change a code that has been shared.

Plans and payment

• Weekly: £15 per week. Monthly: £50 per month. Yearly: £400 per year.
• Payments are taken by Stripe at the start of each period and renew automatically until you cancel.
• We'll tell you at least 30 days before any price change, and it only applies from your next renewal.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time using the link in your Stripe receipt, or by emailing ivannedkov1309@gmail.com. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

If you're not happy within 7 days of your first payment, email us and we'll refund that payment in full. After that, payments for a period that has started are not refundable, but cancelling stops all future payments. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Using the AI tutor

• The tutor is an AI and can make mistakes. Check important answers against your textbook, your teacher or the official mark scheme.
• Use it to learn. Don't submit its work as your own for coursework or assessments.
• Don't use it for anything unlawful or harmful, or try to overload or misuse the service. We may suspend access if you do.

Exam boards

ivannedkovmaths is independent and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by AQA, Pearson Edexcel or OCR. Past papers and mark schemes belong to the exam boards and are linked from their official websites. Practice papers are original questions written in each board's style.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep the service available and accurate, but we can't guarantee any exam result. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
