ivannedkovmaths is run by Ivan Nedkov, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. This policy explains what information we collect when you use ivannedkovmaths.com, why, and what your rights are under UK data protection law (UK GDPR).
What we collect
- Payment and contact details. When you subscribe, Stripe collects your name, email address and card details. We see your name, email and subscription status. We never see or store your full card number.
- Your access code. Your code is saved in your own browser so you don't have to type it each time.
- Questions you ask and papers you generate. These are sent to our AI provider to produce an answer. We don't ask for your name in the tutor, so please don't type personal details into it.
- Basic technical logs kept by our hosting provider for security and to fix errors.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, to take payments and manage subscriptions.
- Anthropic, which provides the AI model that answers questions. Anthropic does not use data sent through its commercial API to train its models.
- Vercel, which hosts the website.
We don't sell your data and we don't show adverts.
Why we use it
To provide the service you've paid for (contract), to keep the site secure and working (legitimate interests), and to meet our tax and legal obligations.
How long we keep it
We keep subscription and payment records for six years for tax purposes. We keep support emails for as long as needed to help you, and no more than two years after your subscription ends.
Children
The service is for A Level students, who are usually 16 to 18. It isn't intended for children under 13. If a student is under 18, we recommend a parent or guardian sets up the subscription.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us at ivannedkov1309@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
